Yoga on the beach

La Crique beach is an idyllic and intimate spot, perfect for taking the time to relax, care for yourself, and nurture your body. That’s why we invite you to make the most of this serene setting by learning (or practicing) yoga with an instructor who will tailor the session to your level.

Sessions

Yoga classes take place every Wednesday from July to August from 9:00 to 10:00 AM.

The session begins with an introduction to yoga, followed by more intense moments, and finishes with a smooth relaxation phase. All guided by a qualified instructor.

Pilates on the beach

You can also take advantage of the beautiful natural setting of La Crique beach to join a Pilates class. This gentle, low-impact method helps strengthen your core muscles while focusing on your breath. It's the perfect way to enjoy a moment of well-being and relaxation by the lake.

These activities are also available upon request for groups throughout the entire season.
